چکیده

the main purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the validity of the results of the student evaluation. the research method was mixed method. participants of the qualitative part were masters of educational science and participants of the quantitative part were bsc students of psychology and educational sciences of state universities of tehran entered in 1389 and 1390. in the qualitative part, snowball sampling was used, and in quantitative part, 246 students of psychology and education management were randomly selected. both interview and researcher designed questionnaire extracted from interviews were used. to explore the factors affecting the validity, exploratory factor analysis was used. the qualitative extracted data were analyzed through the systematic way and after the coding process, operating characteristics of students, masters' features, and evaluation system were identified. in the field of master, motivation and enthusiasm of the students, masters' science experiments, and masters' interest and care to the study and teaching were in the first to third priorities, and masters' fame and sex, being native or non-native, and masters' marital status were in the lowest priority. in the field of the student, the student's interest towards the lesson, students interest towards the field of study and hope for the future, were in the priorities of first to third. in the area of evaluation system, lack of precise criteria in the evaluation forms is the highest priority.
